Measuring tips

Chest / bust: wrap the tape around the widest part of your chest, keeping it level under your arms.

Sleeve: measure from the back of your neck, across the shoulder and down to your wrist.

Waist: measure around the narrowest part of your torso, where your trousers usually sit.

Hips: with your feet together, measure around the fullest point of your hips.

Inseam: measure from the top of your inner thigh down to your ankle bone.

Heel to toe: stand on a sheet of paper, mark your heel and longest toe, then measure between the two marks.
