Shipping & Delivery

• How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Total delivery time (handling + transit) is typically 9–14 business days for US orders. US Shipping is a flat rate of $5.99, or free on orders over $120.00.

• Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide (excluding some small remote islands). International shipping is a flat rate of $7.99 USD, or free on orders over $120.00.

UK Standard shipping is a flat rate of £4.99, or free on orders over £90.00

• How can I track my package?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.


Returns & Refunds

• What is your return policy?
We accept returns of new, unused items within 30 days of delivery. Please contact hello@hendlys.com to start a return.

• Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will cover the return costs.
