Refund policy



Return Period

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Requests made after this 30-day window cannot be accepted. To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Return Shipping & Fees

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for "remorse" returns (e.g., changed mind, wrong size). If the product is faulty or an error occurred on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees for returns or exchanges.


How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at hello@hendlys.com.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. All returns should be sent to our Lewes, DE address unless otherwise specified in your return authorization email.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 30 days at hello@hendlys.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.


Exchanges

We accept exchanges for both defective and non-defective products. If you would like a different size or color, please notify us when starting your return request. The 30-day window and "new condition" requirements apply.


Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3 business days), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Timeline: It may take up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account depending on your bank.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases of faulty items.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled if they have not yet been dispatched. Please email hello@hendlys.com immediately. If the order has already shipped, please follow the standard 30-day return process upon delivery.
